Please order by the following dates so that your order arrives in time for your celebration:

Standard shipping: 5-10 working days

• Delivery times are approximate. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not considered working days.

Some items may be shipped separately
Due to varying item availability, multiple items in a single order may be shipped separately. If you select expedited shipping, each shipment may be charged separately, but the total shipping cost for all shipments should not exceed the applicable flat shipping rate for the entire order. Each shipment has its own tracking number and can be tracked under the same order number on the order status page.

Shipping to multiple addresses
We currently do not ship orders to multiple addresses.

Short delivery
A stock-out occurs when we ship fewer items to you than you were able to initially place your order. For example, even if you place an order for three items, we may only ship you two of a particular item. If this happens we will let you know as soon as possible whether we will be able to ship the remaining items at a later date, or if they must be cancelled.
